1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from AdZoora, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from AdZoora at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include:
- Account notifications and alerts
- Customer service communications
- Appointment reminders and status updates
- Order confirmations and delivery updates
- Promotional offers and marketing messages (if you opt in to marketing)
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with AdZoora:
- Transactional Messages: Sent as needed based on your account activity (typically 1-4 messages per month)
- Customer Service: Sent in response to your inquiries
- Marketing Messages: If opted in, up to 4 messages per month
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile phone plan, you may be charged by your wireless carrier for each text message sent or received. Please check with your carrier for details about your plan.
AdZoora does not charge for the SMS service, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive from AdZoora. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
- Contacting our customer support team
Note: If you opt out of marketing messages but want to continue receiving transactional messages, please contact support to update your preferences.

6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. If you have trouble receiving messages, please contact your carrier to ensure SMS services are enabled on your account.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters. We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Consent Records
For compliance purposes, we maintain records of SMS consent, including:
- The phone number that opted in
- The date and time of consent
- The method of consent (web form, keyword, etc.)
- The consent language shown at the time of opt-in

While we strive to deliver all messages promptly, SMS delivery is subject to carrier network availability and may be affected by:
- Network congestion or outages
- Carrier filtering
- Device issues or settings
- International roaming limitations
